2BR SeaTac Townhouse | Near Airport | Pool | Pets+

The location is right by the Airport but isn't loud and we would basically forget it was there There are AMAZING food options very close by. It was a great B&B for traveling with our dogs, they don't have a fenced backyard but it is still private and secluded. Brain and Muni were probably two of the most responsive hosts I've had. When we reached out about anything they were quick to respond and give good local recommendations!

This was by far the best place we’ve stayed so far in so many ways, convenient place near the airport, tons of parking spaces and with spacious spots for all car sizes, lots of visitor parking, EXTREMELY pet friendly, very equipped with everything we could’ve asked and more, including basic needed things that for some reason lots of other Airbnb places cheap out (like trash bags, toilet paper, towels, etc). The host was also super responsive and demonstrated care with us and our well being during our stay. This place felt like a home in a different country that everyone should experience instead of cheap hotels that literally forces you out of the room as you feel bad when your inside so you just come to pass out when your too tired to be outside. THIS IS THE PLACE I’ll ever look out for if and when coming back to Seattle anytime. It simply had the energy and the sensation of home that we desperately needed in such a hurry that we were due to our situation. Can’t recommend enough!

Brian was above and beyond helpful. Everything was new. Beds, linens, couch. Area is super quiet and convenient. Runi and Brian went overboard in helping us get a mail key and letting us in early!! Thanks and look forward to coming back.

I wish i could just come right out of the gates with a rave review for Brian, but I can't honestly do that. What I will say is that we had MAJOR PROBLEMS/ISSUES, but Brian was ALWAYS on top of the messages and phone calls to get things resolved and seemed genuinely concerned about making things right. I don't know if this could have been a first venture with AIRBNB, but i know once Brian gets all his support staff and all the other ducks in a row, he will be successful at this location and I look forward to staying there again if needed. Really injoyed every bit of my stay everything was good perfect lovely pool a few doors down to lovely pools this house has lots of space it’s has all the essentials you need very comfortable beds like extremely comfortable and very comfortable sofa beautiful fire place balcony and a very good host would definitely come back really injoyed my stay there’s a tv in every room you will feel right at home would definitely stay again

During the ongoing construction of our residence, my husband and I required temporary accommodations. Upon our arrival, we were confronted with an overwhelming urine odor. The premises exhibited heavily soiled walls, insect remains, urine stains, hair, questionable-cleaned bedding, food left in the refrigerator and cabinets, and filthy rugs. The essential items described in the posting were not provided. When discussing the property’s condition with Brian, he blamed the previous guest’s negligence and limited time for a thorough cleaning. I declined his offer to hire a cleaning crew, believing a more comprehensive solution was needed. Despite Brian’s knowledge of the issues, he continues to rent the property, knowing it may not meet potential tenants’ expectations. Airbnb sided with us after we provided photos and a video supporting our complaints, issuing a full refund that allowed us to find a suitable alternative accommodation.

Couch smelled like urine/throw up-told host to get rid of the couch +get new one.I called junk removal services for an hour,found a cheap removal service.2/3 tvs were cracked he offered to buy new ones,we said it was fine we were gonna move the 3rd tv to bedroom-which later he said we stole! No couch in the living room for a week.the new couch was not put together for us.We put it together. walls dirty in every room stained with weird substances.He offered maids coming but I have expensive things didn’t want strangers over so I scrubbed all day and still couldn’t get stains off every wall in the apartment.The 3 walk in closets were packed to the brim with more broken TVs and random things that he said the maids should have cleaned. it took me hours to clear the 3 closets out.He gave $600 off rent then tried to take $300 back during checkout saying we didn’t lock up right he texted my fiance the day before and of checkout didn’t mention lockbox.Airbnb sided with me.$3600 a month SCAM!

I rented Brian’s space for 4 months. My family and needed somewhere local to stay while our house was unavailable We were very lucky to have Brian as a host. This space was pet friendly, large and had several amenities that made the stay comfortable. Brian was friendly, easy going and flexible when working out the long stay and navigating the check out process. I don’t foresee needing to stay at Brian’s again, since we are local WA residents, but I would stay anywhere Brian hosted because of his professionalism and kindness.

Staying at Brian’s house has been really easy. I rented this townhouse for my brother and his family while their house was being worked on. The complex the home is in has all the amenities listed and I appreciate Brian’s laid back approach and the flexibility to have pets there.
